Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer

Hi Friends,

We are settled into our new apartment, all the boxes are unpacked and I'm so glad to be back crafting :)  It was such a busy month!  I am looking forward to a quiet weekend with time to play with my crafting goodies and copics :)

So it's Friday and that means it is the start of a new challenge over at Winter Wonderland. Our theme is 'Christmas Carols/Songs' - a nice easy one for everyone AND you have plenty time to join in as the linky is open for one month.  We have four different sponsors so there are plenty chances to win :)

I was having a look through my mass of Christmas stamps trying to decide what to use and I came across a very old and uninked stamp set from Hobby Art - Rudolph was feeling very neglected so it was time to ink him up.  I kept my card pretty simple as I wanted Rudolph to take centre stage. Don't you just love his big nose and cute hat and scarf set?

Supplies:
Hobby Art Ltd - Santa's Reindeer
Cuttlebug Embossing Folder - Snowfall
MFT Die-namics - Snow Drifts
Simon Says Stamp Dies - Large Holiday Shapes
Memory Box Dies - Crystalline Border
Blue Snowfall Paper - Scrap from Stash
Ranger Stickles - Diamond
Ranger Enamel Accents - White
Zig Wink of Stella - Clear Pen
Glossy Accents

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Thanks for visiting, enjoy the rest of your day.

Sweet Friend

Hello,

Just quickly stopping by with a card I made for Gerda Steiner Monthly Progressive Challenge. I received this cute image six weeks ago and have only just managed to made a card with this cutie!  This little smiler is called Watermelon Kid.  I decided to keep the card clean and simple mainly because most of my crafting supplies are packed away with our impending move!  I had the idea of framing him inside a melon, or at least melon type colours - not sure why! Hope you like him.

Gerda Steiner Designs Digital Stamp - Watermelon Kid
WPlus9 Clear Stamps - Hand Lettered Hello
MFT Die-namics - Stitched Circle Stax
Lil Inker Designs - Dual Stitched Mats Circles
Doodlebug Design 6x6 Pad  - Kraft in Color
Doodlebug Design Sprinkles - Beetle Black
Ranger Enamel Accents - Black
Memento Ink - Tuxedo Black

I would also like to link this card up with:
Thanks for stopping by and hopefully I'll see you in a couple of weeks once we are settled in our new apartment.

Have a Beary Christmas

Hi everyone,

Apologies for not being around this month, life has definitely got in the way of crafting and will carry on doing so for the next couple of weeks as we are moving apartment.  The last of the crafting supplies are getting boxed up this weekend. No crafting for me for the next few weeks :(

Anyway, enough of that, lets get onto today's card.  It's challenge time over at Winter Wonderland and this week the theme is 'It's a Beary Christmas..' The winner receives a 12 pound voucher from Crafty Sentiments.

Obviously I had to use the cutest bear ever...Mr James.  I absolutely love LOTV James the Bear and own alot of christmas stamps featuring him!  Today's card however was actually made with a pre-coloured die-cut and I keep it super simple!  I added some glitter, pearl drops and snowflake die-cuts and mounted it onto some gorgeous paper.  The sentiment is also from LOTV.

LOTV Die-cut James the Bear - Discontinued
LOTV Clear Sentiment Stamps - Christmas Wishes
Memory Box Die - Snowflake Corner
Memory Box Die - Crystalline Border
Maja Design - Vintage Winter Paper Pad
Ranger Liquid Pearls - Opaque White
Ranger Stickles - Diamond
Ranger Stickles - Waterfall

Thanks for looking, have a great day.
